Where You Are

Eleven o’clock in the morning

But you’re already in your bed, snoring

Far, far away, across the globe

When I’m right here, typing

So I wonder what the others are doing

Who live in the same area as where you do

Are they sleeping too? Maybe also snoring?

Or are they doing what I’m doing, typing too?

Bright sunlight goes through windows here

Pale moonbeam right there, where you are, so dim

So does that mean,

When I’m being greeted by lovely nature

You’re visited by night creatures?

Why can’t we all just be in the same time zone?

I hope you’re well, all of you

I hope you’d go through your night under the moon

Without nightmares, immune to demons’ influence

Until the sun rises, to shoo away those creatures
